Franco came out to my house and assisted with our sprinkler system having issues with not shutting off. He went above and beyond after identifying the issue to resolve the problem efficiently while saving me money. He was pleasant and informative with regards to all the issues dealing with my sprinkler system. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

BrightWater Irrigation - I am thoroughly pleased and would highly recommend. Their prices beat other quotes I received by at least 40% and the service is beyond 5 stars! Amber - always takes my calls and schedules timely service with perfect notes. Brandon - has brought my irrigation system back from the dead. Other companies made excuses why my irrigation system would not work. But Brandon thought through the entirety of the problem and came up with lasting, cost effective solutions to make my system work flawlessly. My lawn looks great and I have peace of mind knowing irrigation system is working 100%.

Franco and Cade represented BrightWater Irrigation & Lighting well. They were professional and knowledgeable. They had to locate the solenoids and uncover them. We are thankful for their thoroughness and expertise. They did minimal digging in the yard to repair the wiring and left everything looking good. They went above and beyond to make the repair, check every zone, answer our questions, and left the sprinkler system running in top performance. We are ready for the summer!

I live across the street from Brightwater and my car wouldn’t start. I saw a man who just pulled up to work. I asked if he had jumper cables and if he could jump it. He said he could and drove across the street to jump my car. He is a lifesaver and I am so very appreciative! Brightline is lucky to have Doug on their team! 3rd time using Brightwater and once again they did not disappoint. I needed a solenoid replaced and some sprinkles adjusted. They were here when requested and on time. They also texted and left a voicemail to let me know the tech was on his way. Love that! Price was on point actually a bit cheaper than their competitors. I am impressed so much by this companies customer service and core values. They want your business and price it correctly to keep you using them when needed. If I could give more stars I would.

This company is top notch. We had them come out sometime last year to update our irrigation system and they did such an awesome job we called them to come out to fix a leak. We got same day service!!! Brandon was great. He explained what needed to be done. He was very polite and professional. Completed the job efficiently. We need a few more things done and will call them to complete the task.
