Fantastic Service, Especially During the Holidays! I recently had a leaking sprinkler valve that needed immediate attention. I called BrightWater Irrigation on the afternoon of December 23rd, and was absolutely blown away by their responsiveness. They offered to send someone out the very next afternoon – Christmas Eve! While we couldn't make that work with our schedule, they happily accommodated us for the day after Christmas. The technician who arrived was incredibly professional and friendly. He clearly knew his stuff and worked efficiently, quickly diagnosing and replacing the faulty valve. I was expecting a hefty bill, especially given the holiday timing, but was pleasantly surprised by their extremely reasonable pricing.
